JOel Hawks, Compliance & Risk  Management Advisor

.Joel Hawks is a 25-year veteran of the financial services industry.  His expertise includes project management, risk management, and financial analysis. Currently, he is a Vice President at PNC Bank.  Joel's has an interest in politics that dates back to his childhood.  He has also worked on political campaigns at the local, state, and national level in various roles, including canvasser, database manager, and fiscal manager.  A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Joel is a competitive cyclist, triathlete, and golfer.  Joel has also served on the planning committee for the annual fundraising golf tournament for the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls.
