Angela Cusack is often referred to as an organization’s secret weapon. She is understated, patient, and moves with ease as she partners with executive leaders in defining and shaping cultures that produce deeper connections, higher engagement, and overall well-being and prosperity for all involved. Angela is the CEO of Igniting Success and official member of the Forbes Coaches Council.

Angela is nationally recognized as an Accredited Coaching Supervisor and International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC) who is skilled in working with multi-cultural leadership teams and global organizations; in fact, Angela serves as a coach to several high-profile Global Fellowship Programs that help world changing innovators and entrepreneurs from around the globe to amplify the impact of their remarkable projects and activities aimed at creating sustainable and powerful outcomes.
She is committed to excellence in her profession by being actively involved with the ICF-Central Florida Chapter (ICF-CF), the Greater Orlando Organizational Development Network (Good Network), and the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO). Angela is certified by three recognized coaching programs and serves as Mentor Coach to aspiring coaches in the United States and Asia Pacific in the following programs: Newfield Network, The Coach Partnership aka Newfield Asia, Institute for Generative Leadership and Narrative Coach. She is also recognized as a Master Birkman Consultant specializing in individual, team and organizational development.
Angela believes that “who you are is how you lead”. Angela is continually pushes her own learning edge and is currently enrolled in the University of South Florida Muma College of Business Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certificate Program.
Angela leverages her 25-years of corporate experience along with her Masters in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University to collaborate with nonprofit executive directors and their boards of directors to fundamentally redesign their approach to leading by refocusing on the value of “doing good to do well”. If Angela isn’t serving on a board, you’ll find her leading a committee or working with board of directors providing education on their role in governance.
Angela has a history of service that spans more than 45 years beginning with her days on the farm helping neighbors to initiating efforts to feed the homeless in Miami Florida to leading the Junior League of Richmond as President in 2009 to serving as a Marathon Training Team Coach for more than 12 years. She engages in community efforts near and far doing whatever she can to make a difference. A few of the organizations Angela is involved in include: Heathrow Women’s Club, Junior League of Greater Orlando, and Peter Paul Development Center.
In addition to her own business, Igniting Success, Angela is a Business Advisor to several organizations where she provides strategic guidance for people and organizational development, culture and business planning that aligns with the company’s brand strategy. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Community Bankers Bank in the 5th Federal Reserve District as well as on the Advisory Board of The University of Richmond’s Continuing Education program in non-profit leadership and 3north Design & Architectural Firm.
