The L2L Leadership Institute is a national consortium of professional business leaders pooling resources to provide strategic planning, organizational development, change management, professional development, staffing solutions, coaching, and diversity & inclusion. Our work is grounded in integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion research, theories, and frameworks into nonprofit organizational environments and other business entities.
We combine the experience of a team of strategic partners and advisors who are amongst the best in the country in their areas of expertise, which includes former corporate presidents/CEOs, organizational development experts, business executives, educators, community leaders, and professional trainers. This approach provides L2L Leadership Institute with the capacity and experience to meet the needs of a wide range of individuals, organizations, and businesses. We can provide our services in both a virtual and in-person environment.

L2L Leadership Institute was initially formed in 2004 and adopted the current name in 2015. We provide conferences, seminars, webinars, coaching sessions, and activities designed to help maximize the leadership potential in organizations and individuals. In addition to our annual LIVE2LEAD-Richmond Conference held annually at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, we offer a monthly executive mastermind session, quarterly webinars, and 1-on-1 coaching. For our business clients, we provide strategic planning, organizational development, and diversity & inclusion consultation and assistance.
